Behind the Name:
I was blessed with the opportunity to do my student teaching overseas and was able to teach in New Zealand. I landed in the wonderful, picturesque beach community in the southeast of the North Island called Wainui Beach. While it was different from the mountains of Montana, I fell in love with the laid back lifestyle, the ocean, and the people of the area. My coworkers and neighbors were always so kind and willing to help, that at times, I felt very much at home. I hope to one day return.
